The seven-day Advanced trial
The trial includes Advanced with one Receiver. It starts when the registration email is verified and ends after seven days. No credit card is required and no automatic charge is created. Recovering an existing trial does not extend its expiry.
When the trial ends, it does not renew automatically. Choose and activate a paid plan to continue using DualGuard.
Plan allowances
Basic includes a Master with no Receiver. Advanced includes one Receiver. Pro supports up to three authorized Receivers. Review the current plan description and the billing interval you select before purchase.
The pricing section displays the currently presented plans. Any promotion should be checked against the specific offer and checkout details. This page does not create an additional discount or alter an existing subscription.
Paid subscriptions and renewal
Paid recurring subscriptions follow the billing interval selected for the subscription. Review the amount, currency, billing period and renewal conditions displayed before confirming a purchase. Keep the order or payment confirmation for your records.
For questions about a charge, provide support with the account email and an order or receipt reference. Do not send full payment-card details.
Stopping future renewal
You can stop a future renewal from your account. Access remains available until the end of the period already paid, subject to the Terms of Use.
If you cannot access the relevant account controls, contact support with the account email and a description of the issue. For refund or payment-correction enquiries, contact support with the receipt reference and a description of your request.
Access expiry and open positions
Ending a trial or subscription does not automatically close existing broker positions. Existing positions remain under your account and platform control. Monitor your accounts directly and read the Risk Disclosure.
