1. Controller
The service is operated by Nunzio Belcampo, trading as DualGuard Sync, Switzerland. Privacy questions may be sent to support@dualguardsync.com.
2. What DualGuard is
DualGuard Sync is a software bridge that transmits and synchronizes user-initiated trading instructions between compatible TradingView and MetaTrader 5 environments. It does not select financial instruments, provide investment advice, generate trading strategies or decide which trades a user should place.
3. Data we may process
For the standard Advanced trial, registration requires country, first name, last name and email address. We may also process account information, device and activation identifiers, network and technical information, subscription and entitlement information, support communications, security events, and information about previous use of DualGuard where reasonably necessary to operate, diagnose and secure the service. A home address or payment-card details are not required to start the standard trial.
4. Trading information
DualGuard may process technical trading instructions and execution-related data only to provide the synchronization and control functions requested by the user. DualGuard does not act as a broker, custodian or money manager and does not receive custody of customer funds.
5. Website tracking
The current pre-launch configuration does not use advertising cookies, affiliate tracking, creator tracking or behavioural advertising. We do not sell personal data.
6. Legal bases
Depending on the context, processing is based on performance of the service, legitimate interests in security and product operation, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where consent is specifically required.
7. Trial eligibility and abuse prevention
For the seven-day Advanced trial, DualGuard may use the country, first name, last name and email address supplied by the user together with account, device, activation, network and prior-service-use information where reasonably necessary to determine eligibility, prevent duplicate, fraudulent or abusive registrations, protect the service and enforce the Terms. Information processed specifically for these purposes is not used for unrelated advertising or marketing. Internal security methods, matching rules and thresholds are not published.
8. Service providers
We may use infrastructure, authentication, hosting, email, payment and support providers where needed to operate the service. Providers receive only the access needed for their role and are subject to their own legal and contractual obligations.
9. International processing
Some providers may process data outside Switzerland. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used.
10. Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including account administration, security, legal obligations, dispute handling and support.
11. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, and to request data portability where applicable. Requests may be sent to support@dualguardsync.com.
12. Security
DualGuard uses technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect account, activation and service data. No system can guarantee absolute security.
13. Cookies and similar technologies
The current DualGuard Sync configuration is intended to use only technologies necessary for security, routing, session integrity and core service operation. DualGuard does not currently use advertising cookies, behavioural advertising, affiliate cookies or creator-tracking cookies. If non-essential analytics, marketing or other optional tracking is introduced, this notice and any required consent mechanism will be updated before use.
14. Changes
This notice may be updated as the service, payment setup or legal requirements evolve. The version shown on the website at the time of use applies.
