Third-party names
TradingView and its branding belong to TradingView, Inc. MetaTrader 5 and related MetaTrader branding belong to MetaQuotes. Other product, browser, broker and account-provider names belong to their respective owners.
References to these names identify a platform, workflow or example. They do not transfer any ownership or licence rights to a visitor.
An independent software product
DualGuard Sync is an independent software product. Describing a connection with another platform does not imply that platform’s sponsorship, certification, endorsement or a commercial partnership.
Examples involving a broker or prop-firm account do not mean that the provider approves every use of synchronization software. Check the rules applicable to your particular account.
Platform and data terms still apply
A technical compatibility description is not permission to use a third-party service or market data outside its terms. Review the current terms of the platforms and account providers you use, including the TradingView terms and the MetaTrader terms.
Questions about a third party’s permissions should be addressed to that provider. DualGuard does not grant additional rights over its software, branding or data.
