What the extension does
The extension connects the supported TradingView order workflow to the companion DualGuard Windows application. The local connection continues through the Bridge to your configured MT5 setup. The extension requires that companion software and valid authorization; it is not a standalone trade execution service.
Trading decisions remain with the user. DualGuard does not provide investment advice or take custody of client funds.
Data in the service context
The general Privacy Notice describes the categories of account, device, activation, technical, trading-instruction and support information that may be processed to operate and secure DualGuard.
Technical trading instructions and execution-related data are processed to provide the synchronization and control functions requested by the user. The purposes, retention approach, service-provider context and rights described in that notice also apply to the relevant extension workflow.
Permissions and installation
Review the permissions displayed by the browser when installing or updating the extension. They describe the browser access requested by that version. Use the official extension supplied for your DualGuard setup and keep it up to date.
The extension’s browser connection does not replace software activation or prove that an MT5 account is verified. Check those states in the companion application.
Separate platforms and privacy notices
TradingView, the browser provider and your broker operate separate services. Their own privacy notices apply to their services. The DualGuard notice does not replace those notices or alter your account provider’s terms.
Support and privacy requests
Contact support@dualguardsync.com with a description of your privacy question. For a technical issue, include the browser and extension version and a redacted screenshot when helpful. Do not send broker passwords, verification codes or pairing secrets.
For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, see the rights section of the Privacy Notice.
