1. Trading risk
Trading financial products can result in partial or total loss of capital. You are responsible for deciding whether trading is appropriate for you.
2. No advice
DualGuard does not recommend trades, instruments, brokers, strategies, leverage, position size or risk parameters.
3. Execution risk
Orders may be delayed, rejected, partially filled or executed differently because of broker conditions, liquidity, spreads, slippage, platform state or network conditions.
4. Synchronization risk
A Master and Receiver may not always obtain identical results. Orders, modifications, Stop Loss/Take Profit instructions or position closures may be delayed, duplicated, incorrectly replicated or not replicated because of technical, account, broker or market conditions. Users are responsible for monitoring connected accounts, orders and open positions.
5. Technology risk
Device issues, software updates, network failures, power loss or third-party service outages may interrupt or alter the expected workflow.
6. No guarantee
Past testing, demonstrations and successful synchronization do not guarantee future execution or financial results.
